Option 13Customer Areas List

Use this function to print a list of the Customer Areas file. The following processing steps accomplish this job.

1. Step 1In preparation for performing a sort/selection process on the Customer Areas information, this step provides you with a default sequencing of data records by Customer Area, giving additional sort order choice by Description, with the option to change modifiable parameters at run time. Selection of data records is provided by Changed On, with the option to enter user-specified comparisons at run time.
2. Step 2This is the standard disposition used for all lists of master files.
3. Step 3According to previously specified criteria, this step actually performs the desired selection and/or sorting process.
4. Step 4In order to print the Customer Areas List, this step formats the customer Areas information. The following data items are shown: Customer Area and Description.
