Option 5Current Account Balance Inquiry

This inquiry displays the current balance for specified account numbers. The current balance includes all postings up to the current fiscal period plus all postings that are future to the current fiscal period.

In order to print the Current Account Balance Inquiry, this step formats the Chart of Accounts information. The following data items are shown: Account Number, Description, Month Description, Current Calendar Year, Balances, and Future Postings.
