Edit Process Documentation Screen

When you choose the process you wish to document from the Select Process Documentation screen, an Edit Process Documentation screen appears similar to the one shown in Figure 4-10 for input processes. This screen will display any documentation that has already been entered for the process or, if no documentation has been entered, the screen will be blank.

The following two options are available on the Process Documentation Entry screen:

External Copy

Allows you to copy documentation from another process.

Clear Text Field

Clears all documentation currently entered for the process and places the cursor at the beginning of the field.
