Users Database Mgt Rights Overlay
The Users Database Management Rights overlay accessed from the Users File Maintenance screen is shown in Figure 2-45 below. It identifies databases and/or applications for which the selected user may act as database administrator at your site.
The Users Database Management Rights overlay contains the following fields.
- Database ID
Specifies a valid database that this person has administration privileges for. If this field is blank and Application ID is specified, the user is authorized to manage this application for any database.
- Application ID
Specifies a valid application that this person has database administration privileges for. If this field is blank, the user is authorized to manage all applications for the specified database.
Note: If Database ID and Application ID are both blank, the user is authorized to act as database manager for all databases and all applications.
