Option 15Vendor History List
This job lists Vendor History records. The following processing steps accomplish this job.
- Step 1In preparation for performing a sort/selection process on the Vendor History information, this step provides you with a default sequencing of data records by Vendor and Year, with the option to change modifiable parameters at run time. Selection of data records is provided by Vendor and Year, with the option to enter user-specified comparisons at run time.
- Step 2This disposition type is used for all lists of master file information.
- Step 3According to previously specified criteria, this step actually performs the desired selection and /or sorting process.
- Step 4In order to print the Vendor History List, this step formats the Vendor History and Vendor History by Month information. The following data items are shown: Fiscal/Calendar Description, Year, Month, Purchases, Disbursements and Discounts. As appropriate, group headings appear whenever a change occurs in Vendor.
A sample output is shown below.
