Conversion completion record

Keep the following information with the maintenance record, and keep the secret values themselves in the restricted vault.

• Database and every related application included in the conversion.
• File inventory, organizations, FMS types, paths, and group assignments.
• Export locations, heading choices, record counts, and protected backup locations.
• Vault references and key versions, including the previous versions needed by retained backups.
• Import disposition and results for every file.
• Physical encryption-state confirmation and integrity results.
• Record comparisons, application checks, and any CSV comparisons.
• The person responsible for restoration and the tested route to the protected recovery material.

For the sample data illustrated in this manual, the nine-file conversion inventory totals 125 records. Record and compare your own counts for the separate PROSPECT exercise and for every file in the DMO database exercise.
