Option 4Subsidiary Codes List
This function prints a list of all Subsidiary Codes. The following steps accomplish this job.
- Step 1In preparation for performing a sort/selection process on the Subsidiary Codes information, this step provides you with a default sequencing of data records by Subsidiary Code and Description, with the option to change modifiable parameters at run time. Selection of data records is provided by Subsidiary Code, Description, Added On, and Changed On, with the option to enter user-specified comparisons at run time.
- Step 2This disposition type is used for all lists of master file information.
- Step 3According to previously specified criteria, this step actually performs the desired selection and/or sorting process.
- Step 4In order to print the Subsidiary Codes List, this step formats the Subsidiary Codes information. The following data items are shown: Subsidiary Code, Description, Alpha Sort, and Subsidiary Code Type.
