The Initial Setup File Maintenance menu

During the Initial Setup phase, you can establish files by entering data from existing accounting records. You also define parameters under which the system will run.

The File Maintenance selection allows you to enter information into your master and system-maintained files. Once you finish entering this data, select Opening Entries to enter opening transaction data.
