Option 11099 Forms

1099 forms are printed on standard 1099-MISC (Statement for Recipients of Miscellaneous Income) stock. These forms comply with federal tax regulations. To accomplish this job, select “1099 Forms” from the Monthly Processing menu.

When you select this option, the following screen appears:

1099 Forms Report Specifications screen

Data items for the preceding screen are described below:

Federal ID No

Enter up to 20 characters for your federal ID number, used for printing 1099 forms.

Reporting Year

Enter the year for which 1099 forms are being printed.

Press RETURN to save the information on this screen and print the 1099 forms.
