The PNG Is Missing or the Wrong Image Appears

Confirm that rendering returned success and that the output file was created during the current request. Check the full returned server path, directory permissions and any security audit messages. Use a fresh output name to eliminate a stale file. Then verify the PICTURE field uses SERVER location and that cleanup has not removed the file before it is displayed or printed.
