Purpose

This manual provides a guide for setting up Accounts Payable using the Initial Setup phase of the Accounts Payable application. Chapter 2 provides an overview of the various menus available in Initial Setup. Chapter 3 presents issues for special consideration as well as an outline of the basic steps involved in getting started. Chapters 4 and 5 provide detailed descriptions of each menu item. Together, they allow you to transfer records from your present system to the APPX Accounts Payable. If you follow these instructions, you should have a successful installation.

The features described in this manual are included in the standard Accounts Payable application. Any modification to the software or documentation is the responsibility of the software consultant who makes the modification.
