- Inspect Alternate Windows With Diff. Attributes - Position, Size, & Scrolling
ASI: 1.63, 10.26 This message is printed if all alternate windows do not have the same size, position, and scrolling attributes.
- Revise Begin Buffer On Start of Range
ASI: 10.20
APPX CG (is this correct?): In SP2, a subtotal window is defined to print beside a detail window. In APPX, this is handled with "buffers." It is necessary, in this case, to manually set START A BUFFER? to Y on the corresponding (i.e, same range field) RANGE-START frame. If there is no corresponding RANGE-START frame, one must be manually created that has START A BUFFER? set to Y; for output images, the image can be left blank and the COMPRESS TYPE set to omit trailing blanks so that nothing actually prints.
- Inspect 'Set Alternate No.' Command Series
ASI: 8.23, 10.11, 10.18 This message prints for any window which has a Set Alternate No. command series.

APPX CG: SP2 permitted alternate window numbers to range from 1 to 999. APPX permits alternate window numbers to range from 1 to 255. Applications that use alternate window numbers from 256 to 999 must be revised.
