Syntax

LOG10 ( expression )

Description

The scalar function LOG10 returns the base 10 logarithm of expression.

Example

SELECT LOG10 (100) 'Log base 10 of 100'
     FROM SYSTPE.SYSCALCTABLE;

Notes

• expression must evaluate to an approximate numeric data type.
