Application Design Tools Menu

When you select the Documentation tab from the primary Application Design screen, the Application Design Tools Menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 1-8-1 below.

The Application Design Tools menu options are grouped by function.

Design Transfer options are described under the Design Transfer section.

Change All References options are described under the Change All References section.

Cross Reference options are described under the Cross Reference section.

Batch Compilation options are described under Other Design Tools.

Process Generation options are described under Other Design Tools.

Design Analysis options are described under Other Design Tools.

Physical File Management is described in depth in Chapter 3, Database Management, of the System Management Manual.

This set of tools provide a variety of special-purpose functions to facilitate the application development process.
