Grand Totals Option

grand totals allows you to edit certain parameters that are related only to report grand totals. The Grand Totals overlay is shown in Figure 3-9-11.

The query process Grand Totals overlay contains the following fields.

·     Grand Totals allows you to specify that a subsequent output process prints grand totals. The Grand Totals options are:

NO. There will be no grand totals.

STANDARD. The grand totals will print directly following the last Record or Range-End image.

NEW PAGE. The report will skip to a new page before printing grand totals.

The default is STANDARD.

·     Editable? field allows you to explicitly choose whether or not a user can modify this parameter when the query is run.
