---++ Overview

The IF DIFF statement has been revised to compare Unicode and National alpha fields as well as compare records that contain Unicode and National alpha fields.

In support of this, the --- COMPARE file has been revised so that the following fields are now Unicode alpha fields.

   * COMPARE CURRENT VALUE
   * COMPARE OTHER VALUE

In support of this, the --- COMPARE file has had the following fields expanded to hold more digits.

   * COMPARE OFFSET
   * COMPARE LENGTH

   1 Test IF DIFF with all 3 alpha field encoding types.
   1 Test IF DIFF with records that contain all 3 encoding types.
   1 Does the --- COMPARE file contain the correct information for the above tests?
