Unicode --- COMPARE File

Certain fields in the --- COMPARE file are now Unicode

Overview

The following field in the --- COMPARE file are now Unicode fields:

  • --- COMPARE CURRENT VALUE
  • --- COMPARE OTHER VALUE

Test Plan:

  • Confirmed that --- COMPARE is Unicode and that it is populated properly.
