User Rights

Prints a detailed list of the access rights for Processes, Files and Fields, by user.

Overview:

This report will print a detailed list of the access rights for Processes, Files and Fields, by user. You will be able to choose which User and/or Database to list.

For each user, the information about the Role they are assigned to will be printed, then for each application related to the Database, every parent/child process combination will be listed and show the access rights for that combination. Following that will be the permanent files with their fields, showing the access rights. Only files where the user does not have access are printed. If a File/Field is not shown, then the user has access to it. This information will be printed for each Role the user belongs to.

Note that this report can be very lengthy.
