APPX Support List
The APPX Support List is a membership mailing list, open only to supported customers with current maintenance agreements at the silver level or above. The list makes available a wide spectrum of expertise from APPX users and resellers worldwide, and can be most useful in solving problems and saving time.
To subscribe to the list, send an e-mail message to
listserv@appx.com and include the following line in the body of your message.
subscribe support your@email.address
Be sure to identify yourself and your company, so you can be authorized. Messages intended for the support list community should be e-mailed to
support@appx.com.
Technical Support E-mails
To direct a specific question or problem to APPX Technical Support, send e-mails to
techsupp@appx.com. Note that this service is available at no charge only to customers with current maintenance at Gold level or above. Customers with Bronze or no current maintenance may be subject to charges at the current rate. This address is monitored during normal business hours (typically 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern US time).
Linux Support Requests
A special e-mail address has been established for users taking advantage of our Linux promotion, who need assistance in installation, setup, or other similar matters. Send e-mails to
linuxsupport@appx.com. Again, this address is monitored during normal business hours (typically 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern US time).
