_This subroutine sets the starting angle of the first sector and the direction for subsequent sectors for the "current" chart._

---++ Description:

This subroutine sets both the starting angle for first sector of the "current" chart as well as the direction for subsequent sectors.

The &lt;starting_angle&gt; must be between 0 and 359 degrees. The &lt;layout_clockwise&gt; must be either true or false to indicate whether subsequent sectors should be laid out clockwise or not.

Passing a blank value, or not passing anything will result in the default values being used.
