---++ Description:

This subroutine adds a data set template to the current data group. The chart must have been initialized as an "XY Chart" via [[CDChartInitialize][.CHART INITIALIZE]], a layer created via [[CDXYAddBarLayer][.XY ADD BAR LAYER]] and a data group added via [[CDLayerAddDataGroup][.LAYER ADD DATA GROUP]] before calling this routine.

&lt;data_set_name&gt; is optional. If passed, it will become the name of this data set template.

The data set template becomes the "current" data set template.
