_This subroutine sets the background image of the "current" chart spec. If you want the image to be tiled across the background, use .CHART SET BG WALLPAPR instead._

---++ Description:

This subroutine sets a background image for the "current" chart spec. This routine receives two optional values, an *image_pathname* and an *image_alignment*.

If either parameter is not received or if the value received is blank, then the background image of the chart spec is cleared and the default background color will be rendered.

The *image_pathname* can be either a complete path to a file, or the name of an image in one of the default image search directories (as specified via [[CDChartSetImagePath][.CHART SET IMAGE PATH]]).

Valid values for image_alignment are: Bottom Left, Bottom Center, Bottom Right, Left, Center, Right, Top Left, Top Center, Top Right, Bottom and Top. Not case sensitive, and spaces are optional, ie, Top Left and tOplEfT are equivalent.
