_This subroutine sets the location of the drop shadow for the "current" chart spec._

---++ Description:

This subroutine sets the offset of the drop shadow. You must have activated a drop shadow via [[CDChartSetDropShadow][.CHART SET DROP SHADOW]] for this to have any effect.

The parameters are optional, if blank or not passed it will be reset to the default value. If only one parameter is passed, both X and Y will be set to the same value. If passed, the value must be between 0-999, and represents the pixel offset from the upper left corner of the chart. A value of 0,0 will put the drop shadow right under the chart, and increasing values will appear to move the drop shadow farther away from the chart.
