---++ Description:

This subroutine puts data on the system clipboard. The first parameter is required, if it is missing the subroutine will CANCEL.

&lt;clip_data&gt; is the data you want written to the clipboard (Required).

&lt;num_chars&gt; is the number of characters to be written to the clipboard (Optional). The default value is the length of &lt;clip_data&gt;. This cannot be larger than the size of the field containing &lt;clip_data&gt;. If you PASS a value that is larger than the actual content of &lt;clip_data&gt;, the clipboard will be padded with blanks to the length specified.

Note that this can only paste text to the clipboard. Other types of data are not supported and will be ignored.
