This subroutine sets the offset of the labels for the the "current" axis. This is only useful if you have added labels to the axis via .AXIS LABEL ADD NEXT.

This subroutine sets the offset of the labels for the the "current" axis. This can be used for axis labels you added via .AXIS LABEL ADD NEXT as well as axis labels that are added automatically by Chart Director (ie, the Y-Axis labels).

If the parameter is not received or if the value received is blank, then the value is cleared and the default offset will be used.
