.AXIS SET LBL OFFSET

This subroutine sets the offset of the labels and the offset units for the the "current" axis.

Usage:

      PASS         <lbl_offset>               FIELD            SHARE? N
      PASS         <lbl_unit>                 FIELD            SHARE? N
      GOSUB 0CD .AXIS SET LBL OFFSET
      *        Check for error
      IF 0CD .AXIS SET LBL OFFSET NE

Description:

This subroutine sets the offset of the labels and the offset units for the the "current" axis. This is only useful if you have added labels to the axis via .AXIS LABEL ADD NEXT.

If a parameter is not received or if the value received is blank, then the value is cleared and the default offset will be used.

The <lbl_offset> if specified, must be in the range 1-999.

<lbl_unit> is optional, and if specified must be either Pixel or Scale. The default is Scale.

By default, the labels are center aligned with the ticks. This subroutine is commonly used to shift the labels to put them in between the ticks.

For example, if our X-axis has 5 labels, Monday to Friday, and we use an offset of 1, then Monday will be blank, the Monday label will be under Tuesday's data, Tuesdays' label will be under Wednesdays data, etc. If we use an offset of 10 and a <lbl_unit> of Pixel, then the labels will all be shifted 10 pixels to the right of the tick mark.
