System Domain Additional Attributes

The additional attributes option is only available if the DATE ADDED or DATE CHANGED type is selected. There is only one field on this overlay:

Storage type

Denotes how the system date field should be stored. Your choices are:

• BINARY — The date is stored in binary format.

PACKED DECIMAL

Stores two decimal digits for each byte.

ALPHA

Stores the external representation of date.

The default is PACKED DECIMAL.
