When you choose the option (Domains, Files, or Work Fields) for the type of item you wish to document from the Database Documentation Management overlay, a Select Item Documentation screen appears similar to the one shown in Figure 4-3 below for files.

The Select Item Documentation screen presents a scrolling display of items of the type you previously chose. Place your cursor on the specific item you wish to document and press Enter to access the Edit Item Documentation screen discussed in the next section.
