Analyzing Logic Errors
As described in Chapter 4-1: ILF Integration, APPX automatically identifies errors encountered during statement entry, during the compilation process, and at runtime. However, ILF routines may still include the more subtle logic errors that can be identified and resolved only by thorough testing procedures. It is up to you to detect logic errors before you actually put an application into “live” production mode. The ILF provides you with a powerful tool to assist in this testing and debugging activity called the ILF Debugger.
