An Integrated Facility

APPX provides an integrated documentation facility that simplifies incorporating documentation during development. As you specify an application’s processes, files, and fields, each component has its own Documentation screen available. When you modify an existing component, you have an option to select the Documentation screen to review the previously entered documentation and modify it if required. Also, if you are set up as an application designer in system administration or if you have documentation design rights, any documentation can be updated from the Help screen by pressing change (CHG) mode.
