The Statement Editor

The ILF includes a statement editor that allows you to develop and modify statements in routines. The editor is fully integrated with the data dictionary and processes, and provides automatic edit checking to help eliminate errors. The editor includes a number of facilities (such as move, copy, and search) that allow you to enter and edit statements efficiently. You enter the editor automatically by selecting the desired event point option while designing a process.
