Note that this service is available at no charge only to customers with current maintenance at Gold level or above. Customers with Bronze or no current maintenance may be subject to charges at the current rate. This address is monitored during normal business hours (typically 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern US time).

A special e-mail address has been established for users taking advantage of our Linux promotion, who need assistance in installation, setup, or other similar matters.
