This subroutine is called to get the name of the "current" chart spec.

*&lt;chart_spec_name&gt;* is the name which uniquely identifies the "current" chart spec.

The name may be up to 30 characters in length.

The name may be blank.

The name of the current chart is returned in *&lt;chart_spec_name&gt;* so this parameter must be passed shared.
