_This subroutine is called to swap the X & Y axis of the "current" chart._

<pre>      GOSUB    0CD .AXIS SWAP XY
      *        Check for error
      IF       0CD .AXIS SWAP XY              NE

---++ Description:

This subroutine swaps the the "X" or "Y" axis on the "currrent" chart. The X axis will be vertical and the Y axis will be horizontal. Every time you call this routine, the axes will be swapped, thus calling it twice will swap the X & Y back to their original location.
