_This subroutine will restore the Security codes for the selected application(s) from the archive. Release 5.5 and higher only_

---++ Description:

This subroutine will restore the Security codes for the selected application(s) from the archive. This is the same as running System Administration -&gt; Security Management -&gt; Application Security, then using 'Post Security Codes from Archive' under the Utiliites menu.

&lt;count&gt; returns a count of the number of records restored. You can use this to confirm codes were restored (Optional).

&lt;app_id&gt; is the application whose codes you want to restore (Optional). If you PASS a blank, then all applications in &lt;version&gt; will be restored.

&lt;version&gt; is the version of application whose codes you want to restore (Optional). If you PASS a blank, then all versions of &lt;app_id&gt; will be restored.

If both &lt;app_id&gt; and &lt;version&gt; are blank, then all applications and all versions will be restored.

If security codes were restored to a Data Dictionary (ie, Domain, File or Field level), then the Data Dictionary will be processed for that application. This will occur individually for each application, and the user will have to press Enter to continue to the next application.
