.UTIL MODE SCROLL BEHAV

This subroutine is called to allow the user to position the cursor on a different record in a scrolling input process and press ENTER to select it as the active record.

Usage:

     GOSUB   --- .UTIL MOD SCROLL BEHAV

Description:

This subroutine must be called from the Option Intercept event point of the scrolling input image.
