.FILE MAKE DIR

This subroutine is called to create a directory in the filesystem.

Usage:

    PASS        <error_message>           FIELD           SHARE? Y
    PASS        <directory_name>          FIELD           SHARE? N
    GOSUB   --- .FILE MAKE DIR
     *       check for errors
    IF      --- .FILE MAKE DIR            NE

Description:

This subroutine must be passed two fields. One to return an error message and one defining the cirectory name to create.

<error_message> identifies the field to return an error message if the create fails. Passing this parameter is required.

<directory_name> identifies the field that identifies the directory name to create. Passing this parameter is required.

This subroutine sets a result value in the corresponding results Token field.
