.FILE DELETE

This subroutine is called to remove a file from the filesystem.


Usage:

      PASS         <error_message>            FIELD            SHARE? Y
      PASS         <pathname>                 FIELD            SHARE? N
      GOSUB    --- .FILE DELETE
      *        check for errors
      IF       --- .FILE DELETE               NE

Description:

This subroutine must be passed two alpha fields. One to return an error message back into and one defining the patanme to delete.

<error_message> identifies the field to return an error message back into on failure. Passing this parameter is required.

<pathname> identifies the field that identifies the pathname to delete. Passing this parameter is required.

This subroutine sets a result value in the corresponding results Token field.
