Because Intel/Unix systems don't enforce unique CPU serial numbers, it is necessary to install an OpenHasp on a serial port by itself, identify the port's address, and set an environment variable to identify that port address. Note that as of Release 4.1.8, APPX for Linux licenses may be registered by Ethernet card MAC address. | ||||||||
