Overview

DEFINE and UNDEFINE should allow National and Unicode fields to be defined and undefined.

Test Plan

  1. DEFINE/UNDEFINE a National Field
  2. DEFINE/UNDEFINE a Unicode Field

Bugs

  1. National Field accepts Unicode Characters but then converts them to something else when the field is redisplayed.
