This subroutine set the horizontal grid color of the chart area for the "current" chart spec. You must have intialized the chart as an XY Chart via .CHART INITIALIZE for this to have any effect. This routine receives one, optional value specifying either a <color_spec_name> or a <color_value>.

If the parameter is not received or if the value received is blank, then the horizontal grid color of the chart spec is cleared and the default horizontal grid color will be rendered (#C0C0C0).
