Client Window Sizing

The way the client handles different Window sizes has been improved.

Overview:

The way the client handles different Window sizes has been improved.

A minimum row and column size can be specified. When reizeMainWindowPane is set to true (dynamically resizes the main display scrollpane), the scrollpane will not be shrunk smaller than these values. The client settings are minColumns and minRows under [Startup]. These cannot be changed after the user has logged on. Default values are 21 rows, 80 columns.

When centering 'In Progress' messages, they will be centered within the current window size, not the maximum size.

When centering frames with a (0,0) position, it will be centered within the current Window size, not the maximum size.
