Usage: 

    PASS        <hex pair>                FIELD           SHARE? Y
    PASS        <decimal_number>          FIELD           SHARE? N
    GOSUB   --- .CONVERT NUM TO HEX PR
     *       Check for errors
    IF      --- .CONVERT NUM TO HEX PR    NE

Description:

This subroutine must be passed a valid hex pair in the range of 00 to FF. Upper and lower case is accepted.

<hex_pair> identifies the field to return the hex pair result back into. Passing this parameter is required.

<decimal_number> Identifies the field or literal value that represents the decimal value to be converted. This must contain valid numeric characters. Passing this parameter is required.

This subroutine sets a result value in the corresponding results Token field.
