Reverts to pre-3.2 behavior when opening files

APPX_ALLOW_MISALIGNS

Converts Numeric Binary Alignment ERROR messages into WARNINGs

APPX_BG_SCRIPT

Uses a different script to submit batch jobs marked as “Separate Task? = Y”

APPX_BIG_BUTTONS

Specifies that the “big button” GUI style should be used

APPX_CGIDATA_LOG

File name to log CGI data parsing debugging information

APPX_CHECK_MEM

Causes APPX to periodically pause and verify its allocated memory
