The Job Process
You use a job process to serve as a “manager” for a group of related processes that are to be performed in a specified sequence. For example, you may want to allow users to select an option from a menu that produces three reports, each with an associated query. To accomplish this automatic sequence of steps, you can specify a job process that, in turn, controls the execution of all query and output processes.
Refer to Chapter 3-5: Job Processes for detailed specifications on defining these processes.
