PAN ROW
In input processes, this field contains the number of the row (vertical position) where the cursor currently sits when the user pans beyond the physical limits of the terminal screen. If the user pans beyond the screen limits, CURSOR ROW contains the row number where the cursor is positioned within the screen, and PAN ROW contains the actual physical row number of the cursor.
