LOG FORM ID

This field contains the value of the Form option, which was entered in the Report/Log Default Values fields in system administration, for error and modification logs. LOG FORM ID contains a key to the Forms file in system administration, which retrieves the record that identifies the form on which the log will be printed. The system-wide defaults for these values are entered in the System Parameters file. These values can be overridden for each new application, database, and user.
