Information Headings for PDF's

Chapter 4-7: Predefined Fields and Processes

Part II provides a detailed description of each PDF. The following is a brief description of the possible headings for each PDF.

· Description explains in as much detail as necessary how the PDF is used.

· Example gives a brief example of the usage of the PDF.

· Domain describes the domain characteristics of the PDF.

· Process Sharing describes how the PDF is shared between processes, if at all.

· Modifiable? Yes/No — either the PDF can be modified, or it cannot.

· Initial Value is the value to which the PDF is initialized by APPX.

· Default Value is the value that is assigned to the field by the system at runtime, if the value is different from the Initial Value.

· Valid Values describes the valid options for each PDF, if a table of valid values is used.

· Related PDFs lists any other PDFs that may be related to, or similar to, this one.
