Users can at any time select the help button from the window or overlay title bar and display the documentation applicable to the item or option on which they then select via a mouse click. For example, if a user selected the help option then clicked on an item (field box), the documentation for the item, normally describing input rules and constraints, would appear on the screen. If the user selected the help option, they are requested to select which menu option they want to view help text for. By then selecting the desired option, the help text for the optional process that the option corresponds to is displayed.
