Accessing the Data Dictionary

You access the APPX data dictionary from the Application Design menu by selecting the Database Management option. The Database Management overlay includes options to edit each dictionary component. The screen to define individual fields is presented automatically after you define the file to which they relate. Each of these options are described in detail in Part 2 of this manual. The next section provides a schematic diagram of the data dictionary design options.
